Curry Leaf ( Karipatta ) for Anorexia

Use Curry leaves in your daily meal while cooking. It helps to increase Appetite.

Cyclea Peltata for Digestive Disorders

Add 2 g root powder of Cyclea Peltata in a cup of lukewarm water.

Galangal for Digestive Disorders

Consume 3 g rhizome powder of Galangal before every meal.

Nut Grass for Indigestion

Grind dried tuber of Nut Grass to make powder. Take 3 g of it with Honey twice a day.

Pointed Gourd for Anorexia

Include cooked Pointed Gourd in your daily diet. It is Digestive and helps in increasing Appetite.

Curry Leaf ( Karipatta ) for Stomach Problems

Grind 4-5 Curry leaves to make a fine paste. Mix this paste in one glass of Buttermilk. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.

Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) for Digestive Disorders

Take quarter tsp Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) powder with lukewarm water. Have it once a day.

Cumin ( Jeera ) for Digestive Disorders

Chew 2 g Cumin seeds after your meal. It helps in proper Digestion.

Dill for Digestive Disorder

Chew 3 g Dill seeds after your every meal.

Nutmeg ( Jaiphal ) for Indigestion

Add 3-4 drops of Nutmeg ( Jaiphal ) oil in 1 tsp Honey. Have this mixture once a day.

Alfalfa for Indigestion

Chew 2-3 fresh leaves of Alfalfa daily. It enhance your Digestion.

Bael for Indigestion

Crush ripe Bael fruit. Add it to boiled water for 3 hours. Reheat the solution. Filter. Take 10 ml three times a day.

Chayote for Indigestion

Cook leaves of Chayote in water until they get soft. Eat 10 g twice a day.

Peppermint for Digestion

Peppermint is used to aid digestion from years. It eases the bowel movement is aids digestion. It is good to treat digestive disorders like Bloating, Indigestion, Diarrhea, Abdominal cramps and Irritable Bowel. It has a soothing effect on Intestines.
Have a cup of fresh Peppermint tea every day.

Mix equal quantities of Aniseed, Caraway, Dill and Fennel. Add dried Mint leaves in it. Steep 1 tsp in 1/2 cup boiling water. Take 30 Minutes before a meal.

Take 50 g Grapes and 20 g Fennel seed. Soak them in water overnight. Mesh the content in same water. Strain. Add some Sugar in the liquid and drink.
