I think you got confused between the Herbs Chaste Berry and Indian Berry.
The herb which is highly effective for curing PCOS is Chaste Berry and not this herb. I would suggest you to please visit the page Chaste Berry in the herb section of this website and look for the method of using the herb to cure PCOS.

'gondii' (?????) is a more common name in north Indian states like MP and UP. 'Lasora' is also common and popular. People use it's dried fruit powder as a diuretic.

Hey Kei. This cherry is often stored as pickle at my place. It is used in cooking recipes. You should check the pickle recipe online. It is tasty. Indian Cherry is considered good for health for Cough, chest complaints, wounds. The pulp of the fruit is usually taken to make the medicine.
