Materia Medica for Fatigue
Single Herb
Arabica Coffee For Fatigue
Take seeds. Prepare strong infusion. Have it once a day.
Powder the dried leaves of Aloe Vera. Include 5 g powder with each meal everyday.
Make an infusion of Alstonia Scholaris bark powder. Filter it. Drink 2 tsp, thrice a day.
Take out seeds of 6 Date Palms. Fill butter in pulp. Eat it daily.
Take 200 ml fresh plant juice of Bacopa Monnieri . Boil with same quantity of Ghee. Have one tsp twice a day.
Grind all parts of Cassia Auriculata in equal quantities. Take half tablespoon thrice a day with hot water for 40 days.
Drink 1 cup of Basil leaves tea daily.
Consume 1 glass of Grapefruit juice everyday.
Massage your body using Eucalyptus oil before taking bath.
Squeeze 1 Lime in a glass of water. Add 2 tsp sugar and quarter tsp salt in it. Stir. Drink whenever feel tired.
Take One tablespoon Kola Nut and One cup water. Steep for 10 minutes. Take One cup per day before retiring.
Take One tablespoon Valerian (Tagara ) root and 2 cups of water.
Steep together for 10 minutes.
Take One cup cold before going to bed.
Withania Somnifera For Fatigue
Grind dried leaves and roots of Withania Somnifera to make powder. Take 4 g of it with warm Milk twice a day.
Take 10 Almond ( Badam ). Soak in water at night. Next morning, Peel them and grind them. Mix in a glass of warm milk. Drink it every morning.
Indian Gooseberry ( Amla ) strengthens the over all body.
Crush a Indian Gooseberry ( Amla ). Add Honey ( Shehad ) and have it every morning.
Coconut ( Nariyal ) Water for Fatigue
Coconut ( Nariyal ) Water contains several minerals and vitamins which gives energy to a fatigued person.
Have one glass of Coconut ( Nariyal ) Water 2 times a day.
Milk ( Dudh ) provides all essential constituents which our body required.
Have one glass Milk ( Dudh ) in morning and one glass at bed time.
Boil 5 Date Palm ( Khajur ) in a cup of milk and drink it once a day.
Add 1 ml Spikenard oil in 3 ml Sesame oil. Massage on your body with it.
Figs ( Anjeer ) for Aging
Figs ( Anjeer ) have very good Rejuvenating properties.
Add it in your daily diet to avoid Aging, Fatigue.
Black Cumin for Fatigue
Make a decoction of Black Cumin seeds. Add 5 ml of it in a cup of Orange juice. Drink once a day.
Add a teaspoon of Honey ( Shehad ) in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink it, whenever needed.
Extract juice from half Citron fruit. Add a cup of water in it. Drink whenever feel tired.
Ravensara Essential Oil diminishes the severe tiredness. It helps the mind to stay focus.
Inhale the fragrance directly from the bottle for few seconds.
Rosemary acts as an Anidote for mental Fatigue.
Crush the leaves of Rosemary and inhale its vapour with closed eyes. Do this twice a day. It clears the mind.
OR Make a tea by boiling 4 to 5 leaves of Rosemary in 200 ml of water. Drink it twice a day.
Prepare juice of Bitter Leaf and add a pinch of salt to 3 tablespoons of the undiluted juice. Consuming this juice will bring instant energy in the body.
Or :
Consume a glass of Bitter Leaf juice a day to combats Fatigue.
Inhale the smell of Lemon Essential Oil to get instant relief from Fatigues. It promotes alertness and keep your body to be active.
Add 2 grams of dried powder of Ginseng Korean into a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this mixture once a day, it provides relief from stress.
Take half cup of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and 20 drops of Thyme Essential Oil. Mix them well. Gently massage with this oil blend over your body. Repeat the process two times a day.
It will provide relief from Muscle Pain, combat Depression and improves concentration.
For a more relaxing massage you can also add 10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in it.
Take 100 mg dosage of Rhodiola root powder once a day for 2 to 4 weeks. It reduces fatigue and exhaustion.

Take a small stick of Liquorice ( Mulethi in India ) and 2-3 slices of Ginger ( Adrak in India ).

Put all the ingredients in 6-7 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate. Do not strain.

Take One teaspoon of each Lobelia ( Narasam ) and Skullcap.
Mix half teaspoon of Lemongrass ( Gandhatrina ) and infuse in a cup of hot water for 15 minutes.
Drink Luke warm.

Stevia : Leaves : 20 gram
Liquorice : Mulethi : 10 gram

Put all ingredients in a grinder. Make powder. Store in a jar. Boil half a teaspoon in a cup of water. Strain. Have it early in the morning.
