Dear Shallini

First of all, many congratulations to you.
And don't worry, during initial days, its absolutely okay to eat Black Plum, but, in a limit. By limit we mean 8- 10 Plums a day, as it will regulate the Blood glucose levels, which is good.
Avoid this herb during the last 3 months.

Do not over consume the fruit and do not take it on an empty stomach.
But you gotta strictly avoid Papaya and Pineapple.

Happy Pregnancy, wishing you a safe one.
Stay Healthy!!

Dear Mr. M R Raj

Piles is a disease of Anus and Rectum and is the consequence of Liver Disorders. To address the Liver, we suggest you to do the following,

For 3 days, take Radish juice early morning, on an empty stomach.

Take half a cup of curd, mix it with sugarcane juice, drink it for 2 weeks.

Take one capsule of Milk Thistle daily for at least a month. It is not easily available in the market. So, if you have a hard time procuring the Herb, you may try Dandelion ( Kanphul ) tincture or raw leaves.

After 15 days, again start with Radish juice.

Do not consume alcohol. Avoid oily and spicy food.
Hard stool can be softened by consuming Isabgol and Trifala at night.

To cure your problem, you can try Stinging Nettle and water extract form of Herb Punarnava. Take these Herbs for a month. The homeopathic name of Stinging Nettle is - Urtica Dioica. Take this tincture twice a day for 15 days. Morning evening, 5 drops in half glass of water. Good luck !! These Herbs have shown positive results in curing Prostatitis as I have observed in my friend circle.

black plum is full of potassium. 100 gram of jamun contains about 55 mg of potassium. This sufficient amount of jamun is beneficial to diseases like heart, high blood pressure, and stroke. Regular eating of jamun helps to prevent hardening of arteries. Eat 100- 250 gm of this fruit everyday, but never on an empty stomach.

Do not worry. It is okay. Jamun should be avoided on an empty stomach if you have low sugar levels. As Jamun is known to reduce the sugar levels. Eating it like on an empty stomach may lower the blood sugar beyond the normal level. So, in future, you must avoid it.
