Garlic ( Lehsun ) for Heart
Garlic is good for heart. Take two cloves every morning on an empty stomach. This remedy reduces the risk of Heart Attack.
Indian Gooseberry ( Amla ) as Heart Tonic
Drink 100 ml Indian Gooseberry in a day. It helps in proper functioning of Heart.
Beetroot ( Chakundar ) for Heart
Consuming Beetroot in raw or juice form lowers the risk of Heart Stroke.
Parsley ( Ajmod ) for Heart Diseases
Drink Parsley tea once a day. You may consume it in cooked vegetable or soup form. It is rich in various nutrients which helps Heart to work well.
Lotus as Cardio Tonic
Boil some flowers of Lotus in water. Drink 5 ml of it once a day.
Desmodium Gangeticum as Cardio Tonic
Drink 30 ml root decoction of Desmodium Gangeticum twice a day.
Ginger ( Adrak ) as Hypocholesterolemic
Boil Ginger juice in a mud pot until it becomes half. Drink 30 ml of it once a day.
Withania Somnifera for Heart Diseases
Boil few leaves of Ashwagandha for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool down. Strain and drink the decoction. Consume daily to keep your heart healthy.
Or
Boil the root extract of Withania Somnifera for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the decoction twice daily.
Sida Cordifolia for Arrhythmia
Crush Sida Cordifolia plant to extract its juice. Take 1 tsp twice a day.
Terminalia Chebula ( Harad ) as Cardio Tonic
Consume 1 tsp extract of Terminalia Chebula ( Harad ) with lukewarm water. Have it once a day.
Dates for Heart Disease
Soak 10 g Date Palm overnight. Remove the seeds and mash the pulp in the morning. Have a cup of it.
Black Cumin for Heart Attack
Add 4 ml Black Cumin seed oil in a cup of Goat Milk. Have it twice a day for 1 week. After that take it once a day.
Cabbage Rose as Cardio Tonic
Crush the petals of Cabbage Rose. Take 1 tsp of it daily.
Lemon for Heart Diseases
Squeeze half Lemon in a cup of lukewarm water. Add 1 tsp Honey in it. Drink it during bedtime.
Grapefruit ( Chakotra ) for Heart Diseases
Drink 30 ml Grapefruit ( Chakotra ) juice everyday. It is good for Heart.
Solidago Virgaurea for Heart Diseases
Make plant decoction of Solidago Virgaurea. Drink half cup of it once a day.
Bael for Palpitation
Boil 3 g root bark of Bael. Take 10 ml of it thrice a day.
Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) for Heart
Consume 20 ml Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) juice thrice a day.
Broccoli for Heart
Include Broccoli leaves in your daily diet either in raw or cooked form.
Butter Tree ( Mahua ) as Cardio Tonic
Take few flowers of Butter Tree ( Mahua ). Make decoction. Drink 20 ml thrice a day.
Gardenia ( Gandhraj ) for Palpitation
Crush 10 g each of flowers and leaves of Gardenia ( Gandhraj ). Boil them in 100 ml water. Drink a cup of it when symptoms arise.
Java Tea for Angina
Boil 4-5 leaves of Java Tea plant in a 50 ml water. Drink a cup of it twice a day.
Beetroot ( Chakundar ) as Cardio Tonic
Beetroot ( Chakundar ) is rich in Phytonutrients, Manganese and Vitamin C. It helps to lower blood pressure and supports functioning of the heart.
Have Beetroot ( Chakundar ) juice or take it raw daily. It will make your heart healthy.
Brown Rice Soup
Travails of modern life make us a little sick. Genetically engineered food makes us a little more sick. Pollution and pesticides make us more more sick. What to do ? Drink Brown Rice Soup.
Take about 250 gms of Brown Rice. Dry roast the Rice in a pan till they are very dark brown. Take care, do not burn them. Set aside in a glass bowl.
Boil two liters of water. Pour half over the brown rice. Retain the other half in the pan. Wait 5 minutes. Strain the water in a glass jug. Add the same rice to the water in the pan. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Strain the water into the jug. Discard the rice. You now have a jug full of soup. Cool, store in fridge.
Drink one cup a day for one month at least. Repeat at least 3 to 4 times a year.
NOTE 1 : If you are a patient of High Blood Pressure, take the soup on alternative days.
NOTE 2 : Do not eat or drink anything ( other than water ) for half an hour before or after the soup. Can be taken concurrently with Health Soup. Health Soup preparation is given in Immunity Booster. Please do not mix them. Take at least three hours apart.
Recommendation. Take Health Soup in the morning, and Brown Rice Soup in the evening.
NOTE 3 :
If you are not sick or little sick, take little soup. You will not be sick any more. If you are more sick, take more soup.
Do not combine with high protein foods.
NOTE 4 : When the body corrects itself, there may be a reaction. It could be any or all of the following.
Itchy skin, Eczema, Diarrhea.
If you are on medication, or if you already have an Eczema, the reaction may be strong. Bear it. It will go away.
Patients with a head injury may get a headache. This is a good reaction, one you should want.
If a patient has eye disease, he may develop temporary blurred vision or itching around eyes. But, subsequently the eyesight will get better.

Herbal Treatment For Healthy Soup
Modern medicine banks heavily on names of diseases and brands of medicines. In reality diagnosing the disease in its totality is difficult. It often affects more than one organ. The obsession of naming it has forced us to focus only on part of the problem. Most of the times we need to go to separate specialists to deal with parts of the same disease. It is therefore, prudent to consider the disease as a whole and treat it as such. Herbal treatment often aims for this target.
The first aim of healthy living is to eat and live healthy. Second we should focus on preventing disease. And, lastly if we do get ill, we should try for a whole body cure.
Fortunately there is a remedy for all the three stages. Let's call it
'The Health Soup'. 'The Health Soup' is made from ordinary vegetables as follows.
Collect the following vegetables.
500 gm
Radish250 gm Raddish leaves. Yes ! I mean that. Radish leaves. They have a function of their own, different than that of the radish.

Carrots250 gm
Burdock Root5 Dried
Shiitake (Mushrooms)
Do not peel or grate. Wash thoroughly. Cut them in small pieces. Put them in a large stainless steel pan. Add about 5 liters of water. Boil it. Lower heat to simmer. Simmer for two hours. Yes, you got it right, 2 hours. Cool. Strain. Store in a refrigerator.
Start with one cup daily. After few days, if all goes well, increase to two cups a day.
Result ! Considerable improvement in overall health.
Note 1. Use stainless steel or glass containers only, to avoid metal poisoning. Aluminum pots must not be used.
Note 2. Most of us are not really healthy. All of us are suffering from some sort of malaise. Even if we cannot put our finger on it. This soup will affect each person differently. Some temporary unwanted reactions are possible. Consider them to be reactions of the body to throw out the toxins. For example, the following symptoms may manifest at the start of the treatment.
Itchy skin, Eczema, Mild DiarrheaSome rules of thumb to keep in mind when dealing with the reactions.
If you are not sick, no reactions.
If you are mildly sick, there will be mild reactions. More sick, more intense reactions.
If you are constitutionally weak expect strong reactions.
But do not give up. These reactions are an indication that you are on your way to recovery and health.
