Dear sir ,
i m using this herb for multiple issues like over growth of bad bacteria and ascaris attacks a table spoon daily on empty stomach with water mixed with two teaspoon of apple cider vinegar ..in night i m taking a table spoon of Triphala powder mixed in a glass of water. i m taking this from 5 days please suggest do i continue or stop any one of these . my issues were Stomach issues and cramps , Gum and teeth issues , suddenly aging hair loss under weight hair grey all at once in a year , 2 teeth loss , cervical issues neck pain jaws dis balance feelings , headaches flu like issues ,energy loss just after wakeup along with all day restless feeling in night no sleep at all . kindly please guide .

Hi. 62, disabled since 29 from crushed L4/5, L5/S1 disks, extensive nerve damage to both legs, 2 failed surgeries 10 years apart, 1st 1989.
Failed ablation in 11/13, "only sensory nerves" was promised, but right thoracic and lumbar muscles totally "denervated", left side nothing, so left is overdeveloped and right spine twisted outward toward left.
3 Weeks of body wide intense burning, itching, paresthesias, jerking legs and arms esp. at night. Rarely sleep 2 hours. Very intense. Help, please. I've been disabled since i was 29, but was able to still take care of myself and help others. Only on a very tiny income because of only working 10 years as a taxpayer.
