Diaphoretic herbs are those herbs which induce heavy sweating. They are used to cure Hypohidrosis, Fever and to give cooling effect to the body. They are also known as Sudorific.
These herbs increase the acidic level of the Skin in which Bacteria is unable to develop.
Excess of Diaphoretic herbs may cause :

Solidago Virgaurea as a Diaphoretic
Warm tea prepared from Solidago Virgaurea Flowers Promotes sweating.
Yarrow as Diaphoretic
Prepare leaf and or flower infusion of Yarrow. Drink 30 ml of it when bearable hot.
