Take 3 parts of both Asafoedita ( Hing in India ) and Atractylodes and 2 teaspoons of Cumin Seed ( Jira in India ), Caraway Seed ( Shahi Jeera in India ), Long Pepper ( Pippali in India ), Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch in India ), Ginger ( Adrak in India ), Dandelion ( Dudal in India ), Slippery Elm, Green Citrus Peel and Rock Salt ( Sendha Namak in India ).
Grind all these together and make a fine powder.
Take One tablespoon after meals.
It improves digestion and relieves gas.

How it works for Gout ? Is it lowdown uric acid in the body ? or it just have antiinflammatory , anti spasmodic property, Kindly clarify.
