Description

Joint Effusion is a disease of the Joints.
Synovial Fluid is a viscid lubricating fluid secreted by the membrane lining joints and tendon sheaths. This is required for the smooth functioning of the joint.
Sometimes the quantity of this fluid increases in the tissues that surrounds the Joints.
It may affect any Joint. However, it commonly affects the knees.
Excess Synovial Fluid may result in swelling, Inflamation and or distension of the affected Joint.

Bael ( Villi ) for Joint Effusion

Bael ( Villi ) consists of good Antiinflammatory effect that reduces inflammation of body tissues. Add fruit pulp in Mustard oil. Heat for a minute. Massage the affected area with this preparation. In addition, have some pulp internally to reduce inflammation.
OR : You may use Bael ( Villi ) Leaves in place of fruit. Paste some fresh leaves. Place on affected part and as mentioned above eat paste too.

Thespesia Populnea for Joint Effusion

Grind the fresh leaves with little amount of water to make a paste. Heat it and apply on swollen joints.

Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) for Joint Effusion

Drink Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) tea daily to reduce the stiffness and aching of the joints.

The Bilva Fruit and Leaves are both effective for Joint pains.
How to use Leaves?
Make a paste of 5 to 6 fresh leaves of Bilva. You may apply them on the affected area or also eat them to reduce the inflammation from inside.

How to use Fruit?
Take out the pulp from the Fruit and heat it in mustard oil for one minute. After that massage the affected area. You may also eat the Pulp to reduce the inflammation from inside.

My ankle was twisted while going down the stairs about a week ago and since then it is swollen if I press the swelling, a depression is formed and stays for a while. it is also painful. If I sit on a stool, the swelling becomes worse. Please help,

1. First of all take one does of Arnica 30C.
2. Take Warm water and add 1 tablespoon of Salt and 2 big spoons of Mustard oil in it. Soak your ankle for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat the process for 2 to 3 times in a day.
3. Apply heat pack twice a day for 10 minutes. Do it for a week, it will heal the teared muscles fast.

Sir/madam,
Please advise any remedy/herbalpathy as I am having knee joint pain, more in left knee. I am heart patient and taking medicine for neuro problem as well as for cardio problem (stent implanted). I am not taking oily itemss at present. I request for advise for betterment, please.
