Dear Gurpreet Kaur
There is nothing to worry about. This is normal. If you listen to satguru you will get to know that this pulse rate is good as according to yogis low the pulse rate more you live.
So just ask her to eat a healthy diet.

I am 63 years and suffering from sinus Bradycardia, with no visible symptioms, for the past two years. I had high BP - now under control due to allopathy medicine. Though one of my doctor told to go in for pace maker, another source advised whenever any symptom occurs only then go in for pace maker. Meanwhile I have started doing yoga and also taking couple of ayurveda medicines for heart with some overall improvement.
Can I go in for any of your herbal options apart from the above so that my heart beat goes up to the desired levels ? Please advise. Thanks for your help and support.

I suggest you the following tincture and you take 10 drops in a glass of water every day for 15 days.
Buy Crataegus Oxyacantha tincture from a Homeopathy shop. Try this and study your symptoms.

Dear Sunil
There is nothing wrong with you and your body is in perfect health. If your average heart beat is 59, it means you are like a yogi. You will live long and have a strong heart. Please do nothing.
And for Anemia you may try the following.
Soak a few raisins in a glass of water and have them next morning. Drink the water also in which you soak them.
Have a glass of Beetroot and Carrot juice, you can also have these 2 in your daily salad.
Have 1 Kiwi and 1 pomegranate daily.
Do it for 15 days and see your results.

Dear RK Panicker. As you have had prior surgeries, it is advised to take assistance from your Health Care provider.
You can continue taking Ashoka if it suits you. For fitness follow yoga and exercise. Avoid early morning and late evening walk if you are in a cold-weather area. Do not exert yourself or walk above your limit. Consult your doctor too for physical diagnoses regarding the same.

Hello,
I am 34 yrs old, and during my second pregnancy ,in the ninth month my gynac told me that there is misbeat. And she asked me to get a ECHO and ECG done. However ECHO was normal and ECG came up with First degree AV block. My lowest pulse is 39 and highest is 53. But it does fluctuate several times and it also reaches 86 as well. However I dont have any sickness due to that, I feel good when my beats are in 40 s also. I also have GERD which causes chest pain and some discomfort while I eat and drink , please suggest .

Mu name is Rick. 59 years old. 15 years ago had a pleurisy which left me with some scar tissue so my lung doen't expand as much. Earlier this year a doctor thought I may have had a heart condition. My body vibrates at night when I am in deep sleep. I notice in the morning my heart rate is usually around 57. At night I usually only take about 10 breaths a minute. I usually wake up a little lightheaded. What can I do to improve my breathing to more breaths a minute when I'm sleeping and a little faster heart rate? I commonly feel anxiety and I think it might be because I am not getting enough oxygen in my body during the night. Herbpathy, please advise me what I need to do to heal my body and restore my health. Thank you.

Hi In general you recommned crataegus oxyacantha for those with low pulse aka (sinus) bradycardia - so I guess you do not believe that this herb will slow heart beat even further? but will it increase heartbeat/ minut? are there are studies on this? I have found very little research on its use for this condition. mostly only that it helps those with too high pulse.

what about lily of the valley or night blooming cactus - do you recommened these as well for those with low pulse?br Martin
