Willow for Bursitis
Prepare a tea from Willow bark. Drink twice a day.
OR: Crush the bark. Mash up into a pulp. Apply it topically on the affected area.
Eat Echinacea capsules.
OR: Drink tincture twice a day.
Eat Boswellia capsules. (150 mg 3 times a day)
Eat Turmeric capsules for 12 weeks. ( 375 mg 3 times a day )
Take 2 grams of ground bark. Mix it in 8 ounces of water. Drink up to 4-5 cups per day.
