Frozen Shoulder is a disease of the Shoulder Bones, Muscles and ligament.
The scaring of the tissues causing stiffness and tightening of the connective tissues around the shoulder joints is termed as Frozen Shoulder. It is named such because it causes severe pain and significant loss of movement in the shoulder joints.
Normally, the shoulder joint is surrounded by Scapula and Humerus bone. The joints are supported by capsule and ligaments. The fore arm can move freely in an abduction of 180 degree. But the malfunctioning of the tissues in the shoulders limits the motion of the Arm. A person is not able to move his Arm in upward, backward and forward direction. He is not even able to perform his daily tasks like combing his hair or wearing clothes. He always needs the other person help to do his daily tasks.

Note : Diabetes is one of the causes for Frozen Shoulder. If it is associated with Diabetes then, the best bet is " Gymnema Sylvestre " .
If it caused due to some other reasons, then the best bet is " Guggul " .

Single Herb
Mustard Oil for Frozen Shoulder
Mustard oil is used to treat a number of disorders.
Take 2 to 3 tablespoon of Mustard oil and heat it on a low flame. Massage with the oil for 4 to 5 times in a day. It strengthen the shoulder muscles and heals the scarred tissues.
Garlic has anti inflammatory properties. It reduces the inflammation, swelling and pain in the shoulders.
Take a few pods of Garlic, heat them in Mustard Oil and massage with that oil.
Or Massage with Garlic Oil.
It has anti inflammatory properties. It helps in reducing the pain and stiffness in the shoulders.
Boil White Willow bark in water for 10 min. Strain and consume this daily.
Coconut oil is been used from a long time for a number of skin disorders and many more diseases. It has anti inflammatory properties that gives relief in Froze Shoulder.
Heat some Coconut oil on a low flame. Massage your shoulders with coconut oil 2 times in a day. It provides strength and reduces pain and swelling in the shoulders.
Turmeric has antiseptic and anti inflammatory properties. It reduces pain, burning sensation and swelling in the affected areas.
Add a 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in a pan. Heat it on a low flame and add 2 tablespoon of Turmeric in that. Heat it for 5 to 7 min on a very low flame. Apply lukewarm paste on the affected areas. Do it 2 times in a day.
Add 2 to 3 slices of Ginger in boiling water and drink this tea 2 times in a day.
Or Ginger Oil is also beneficial in reducing the Pain and swelling from the affected region.
Sesame is hot in potency. They heal the scarred tissues and reduces the pain.
Massage with Sesame oil on the affected area.
OR
Soak Sesame seeds in water and apply that paste on the shoulders.
Boil 1 tablespoon of dried Horsetail in water. Drink this tea 2 times a day.
Pineapple contains an enzyme known as bromelain, which has anti inflammatory factors.
Eating fresh Pineapple daily helps in reducing the shoulder pain and inflammation.
Massage with Camphor Essential Oil on the shoulders. It will provide relief and reduces swelling of connective tissues in the shoulders.
