The widespread pain and tenderness in the muscles is Fibromyalgia.

This fluid is three times higher in people who are having Fibromyalgia.

Materia Medica for Fibromyalgia
Single Herb Soak a piece of flannel cloth in Castor oil. Apply to the affected area.
Willow for Fibromyalgia
Make a decoction of Willow bark. Take a cup twice a day
Make an infusion of the leaves of Stinging Nettle. Take two times a day.
Lavender Oil for Fibromyalgia
Massage with Lavender Oil two times a day.
Make Ginger tea. Take two times a day.
Include Garlic in daily diet.
Apply Camphor oil over the inflammed muscles and tissues.
Vegetable Salad for Fibromyalgia
Add Vegetable Salad in daily diet.
Mix 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinger ( Seb Ka Sirka ) into a glass of water. Add Honey ( Shehad ) for taste. Drink it twice a day.
Add a half to one teaspoon of Turmeric ( Haldi ) powder into 1 cup of milk and boil it for 10 minutes. Drink this hot milk twice a day.
Add Chilies ( Mirch ) into your daily diet. This will help you to get rid of Fibromyalgia.
Take quarter cup of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and mix three drops of Jasmine Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Apply one tablespoon of this oil blend over the affected areas and massage it. Repeat the process once a day.
It provides relief from Anxiety and reduces stress.
Take one cup of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and mix 40 drops of Vetiver Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Apply half tablespoon of this oil blend over the affected areas and massage it. Repeat the process once a day.

The following Oils massage helps in healing the muscle pain and tissue pains.
