Description

Magnesium Oil is made by Magnesium Chloride flakes. To prepare the Magnesium oil at home, follow the instruction below:

1) Sterlize the distilled water by boiling it for atleast for 5 to 8 minutes. Sterlized water increases the efficacy of the mixture.
2) Put few Magnesium Chloride flakes in the bowl and add sterlized distill water to it.
3) Stir the mixture well until the flakes get completely dissolved. Allow it to cool completely.
4) Store the cooled mixture in a spray bottle. It can be stored at room temperature for atleast 6 months.
