Food without animal & milk protein.
Take salads, home extracted fruits and vegetables juice light food, which food you eat and feel hungry early.
Needed also early sleep and wake up with light exercise.

Quit all protein including animal & milk.

I suggest you to take the following Herbs.
1. Take a pinch of Baking Soda, dissolve it in a glass of water take it for a week. Then stop for 3 days, again take it for 1 week. Repeat the process for 3 weeks.
2. Take 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, add 1 glass of water to it. Take it 3 times in a day.
3. Buy tincture Urtica Urens, have 10 drops 2 times in a day. Take these herbs for 1 month. Then get your test done

dear sister yasmeen im not dr but... try to handle ur scitica (disorder) with few things:
1) unconstipated stomach. 2) proper medicine. 3) good message oil/ ointment.
4) hijama if possible. 5) try to keep ur legs in little bit of movement position (not too much). 6) proper sleep.
u can use 2-3 grams thrice a day: asgand nagori + suranjan shreen+ harad (equal quantity) ... do remember me in ur prayers....

Did you gave birth by a normal delivery or was it a C-section or surgery?
