Prostate Enlargement is a disease of the Prostate.
Prostate is a gland that surrounds the urethra (The tube that carries urine from the bladder to the penis).
It is as big as a walnut.

An ideal combination for treating BHP, or Prostate Enlargement, is to take Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle and Pygeum in combination. This combo becomes a classic if the patient also has Gout. If the patient complains of Prostate Enlargement, Urinary Tract Infection, Frequent Urination and Gout, consider this blend a specific. Some doctors may add Crataeva Nurvala, Horsetail, Tomato, Selenium and or Zinc. It is recommended that each of these herbs be tried separately, and if any one or all suit the patient they may be continued. A person may be allergic to any herb, spice or food at some time in his life. When we combine herbs to make a formula we risk the rejection of the whole blend just because one of the herbs did not suit the patient. If we stop the administration of the combo we lose the benefits of otherwise curative herbs. If we continue we risk the rejection of the blend by the body. Pumpkin Seeds ( Kaddu ke beej ) for Prostate Enlargement.
Eat one handful Pumpkin seeds after removing shells once a day.
OR : Crush one handful Pumpkin seeds. Boil in one glass of water. Strain. Drink once a day.
Watermelon Seeds ( Tarbuz ) for Prostate Enlargement
Make infusion of Watermelon Seeds. Drink one cup daily.
Prepare a decoction of the fruits of Saw Palmetto. Have 1/2 glass once a day.
Pygeum for Prostate Enlargement
Have Decoction of the bark of Pygeum once a day.
Prepare a cup of tea made from Stinging Nettle leaves.
Corn Silk ( Bhutte Ke Baal in India ) has strong Diuretic property. This relaxes the Urinary Muscles and improves the Urine Flow. Corn Silk reduces the pain and inflammation caused due to Prostate Enlargement.
Add 5 to 6 Ears of Fresh Corn in 4 cups hot water. Boil it for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain well. Drink this tea three times a day.
Boil a cup of water with a tablespoon of dried Epilobium Parviflorum. Heat it for 10 minutes, strain it and drink it. Drink this tea twice a day.
