Maube you should stop to use capsules and try the irish moss by soaking in cold water for at least 3 hours, after wash it good out and blend it after with fresh wate, cool it and drink a glass a day. Don't use sugar! Also good for Sinus take organic cold pressed coconut oil put some drops in your nose and lay your head back to let it go all the way up, later blow your nose gentle if necessary. Also look up how to gentle massage your draining lymphs.

Dont take capsules. Eat cooked as described. So much hype about uncooked maybe harmful Carrageen in Almond milk. Put in soup.

Use the gel form (less sodium) or open the capsules and pour into boiling water and simmer for a few minutes. Add cinnamon and a bit of sweetener such as date sugar. Add this to your coconut milk and enjoy over ice, or warm. There is a product called Cell Fuel 102 it has Irish moss, bladderwrack and burdock root and it comes in a powder and also in a gel. I get it from Reds Kitchen Sink and it does wonders for me and my kid with ADHD and ASD

Is gel firm more effective than a capsule?

No, the capsule form lasts longer in the body because it takes the body longer to break it down. I recommend taking the capsules with warm water with key lime in it.

I consume 1 qt of freshly rehydrated Irish Moss with honey every 2 days in a breakfast liquido. This gives me pretty good relief in controling my respiratory problems. I fortify it with finely dissicated lobster shell for the glocosamine. Is it possible that the Irish Moss can reduce or negate any possible sugar spike from the lobster shell. .

Sometimes you may feel jittery if you are are lacking the minerals that the sea moss provides. When the minerals flood your body, it can be uncomfortable at first. I suggest lowering your doses or check your supplier to make sure you are getting good quality sea moss. You should be going to the bathroom often because it’s cleaning your colon out and getting rid of excess mucus. Visit ammashs.com/pysces for more.

Hello...I’ve been taking sea moss gel by tbsp 2x a day. I’ve been experiencing nose bleeds, is that a normal side effect of sea moss? Should I add it to drinks instead/stop consuming all together?

Nose bleeds are not a common side effect of sea moss. It may be the type of sea moss you are consuming. Not all sea moss is equal in value. Be careful of the farm raised sea moss that has lots of salt on it when you purchase it. Too much sodium will cause nose bleeds and also headaches. Make sure you wash your sea moss really good or make sure you get it from a good source. Try ammashs.com/pysces
