If your Blood Pressure is very High like 200/160, Drinking two cups of Green tea will bring your blood pressure down to 120/80. If your blood pressure 175/115, drinking one cup of Green Tea will lower your Blood Pressure to normal that is 120/80.
2. Arjuna : It is well known for High Blood Pressure. It provides strength to the Heart muscles that enhances the Heart functioning. Arjuna contains a nutrient known as Coenzyme Q-10, which helps in reducing the both Systolic and Diastolic Readings. If the Blood Pressure is 147/90, it will reduce the Systolic Pressure to 120 and Diastolic Pressure to 80, which is the normal Readings. Use it for at least six months on regular basis to get better results.
3. Psyllium Husk : If you take Psyllium Husk with warm water in the morning, it will help you out to reduce the levels of Blood Pressure and Cholesterol also. If the Systolic Pressure is 130 and Diastolic Pressure is 82, it will reduce the Systolic Reading to 122 and Diastolic to 80.
4. Garlic : Have garlic cloves daily will reduce the blood pressure. It prevent the deposition of plaque on the inner walls of the Arteries. It reduces the Triglyceride level and LDL Cholesterol. It reduces the risk of Cardiovascular diseases.
5. Stevia : It shows good effects on High Blood Pressure. If the Systolic Blood Pressure is High up to 135 and Diastolic is high up to 90, it will reduce the systolic and Diastolic to the normal levels.
6. Orange Juice is rich in Potassium, which helps in reducing the Blood Pressure.
7. Vitamin D : Vitamin D has an ability to reduce the Systolic Pressure and Pulse Pressure. It may reduce the Systolic Pressure about 5%.

Mix 2 tablespoons of Psyllium Seed Husk in some water. The husk will swell quickly. Eat it quickly. Drink a glass of water. Take it first thing in the morning. Continue for as long as it takes to reduce the Cholesterol.

Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Seeds for High Cholesterol
Chew one teaspoon Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Seeds daily.
Coriander ( Dhaniya ) Seeds for High Cholesterol
Boil one tablespoon dried Coriander ( Dhaniya ) Seeds in one glass of water. Strain and cool. Drink it once a day.
Green Tea for Cholesterol
Take roots. Prepare a decoction. Have once a day. Repeat for a week.
Prepare a decoction of Gymnema leaves. Take 2 tsp of it once a day.
Peel 3 to 4 cloves of Snow Mountain Garlic ( Kashmiri Lehsun ). Have it in an empty stomach.
Have 2 fruits of Avocado ( Makhanphal ) twice a week.
Pour hot water in seeds of Hunteria Umbellata. Leave it for 10 hours. Consume 5 ml twice a day.
Capsicum ( Shimla Mirch ) helps to normalize the cholesterol level.
Take it in vegetable form.
Even if you keep a piece of Capsicum ( Shimla Mirch ) in your mouth for 10 minutes, it gives you good result.
Onion ( Pyaz ) maintains the level of Cholesterol.
Onion ( Pyaz ) should be taken in daily diet as raw or cooked.
Add sprouts of Alfalfa in your diet. It helps in lowering the bad Cholesterol.
OR : Put One teaspoons of dried Alfalfa leaves in a cup of boiling water.

Take 4 g bark powder of Banyan Tree with lukewarm water once a day.
Eclipta Alba for High Cholesterol
Crush dried leaves of Eclipta Alba to make powder. Take 1 g of it thrice a day.
Take 5 ml plant extract of Achyranthes Aspera once a day. It helps in lowering your elevated Cholesterol.
Prepare a gum decoction of Commiphora Mukul ( Guggul ). Drink 30 ml of it twice a day.
Drink 10 ml root decoction of Tinospora Cordifolia ( Guduchika ) twice a day.
Eat 15 to 20 Grapes ( Angur ) per day.
Have half a Grapefruit ( Chakotra ) daily. It lowers level of cholesterol.
Make tea from Cinnamon ( Dalchini ). Drink it once a day.
OR : Take a cup of Green Tea and add 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon and Honey to it. Have 2 cups every day to reduce the Cholesterol levels.
Purchase capsules from market. Take one capsule daily.
OR : Use Cod Liver Oil ( Kad Machli Ka Tel ) in daily preparations.
Take 50 gram Fenugreek ( Methi ) seeds daily in any form.
Mango ( Aam ) helps to lower the cholesterol level.
Eat a Mango ( Aam ) daily.
OR : Have a glass of Mango ( Aam ) juice once a day.

Have a cup of Roselle ( Guddahal ) Leaves tea twice a day.
Golden Seal for High Cholesterol
Prepare a root decoction of Golden Seal. Consume 10 ml of it thrice a day.
Ginseng American for High Cholesterol
Crush few leaves of Ginseng American. Make its decoction. Drink 25 ml once a day.
Dry roast some Watermelon ( Tarbuz ) seeds and crush to make powder. Add One tablespoon powder in a glass of water and Drink Once a day.
Argan Oil has high content of unsaturated fatty acids. These Fatty Acids diminish the Low Density Lipoprotein and increases the High Density Lipoprotein in the blood.
Use Agran Oil in your diet. Add few drops of Argan Oil in the salads.
