Amala. Foxtail Millets suppress thyroid activity and can lead to goiter. So, it is one of the herbs which interferes with the thyroid function. I will suggest that you should no take any chances with your thyroid health, as your TSh is already high. Also avoid gluten containing food. Occasional millet consumption is okay, once a weak. Do not make it a part of your daily diet.

Sushant .
It is better if you consult your health care provider regarding this matter. The one who knows the entire history of your disease and the drugs that you have been taking will be able to guide you well. Penicillin is one of the causes of Steven Johnson Syndrome. You should also avoid painkillers. Stay Healthy

Do you want to take herb for anxiety disorder or simply you want to reduce weight?
To reduce weight, take Apple Cider Vinegar, daily for 2 months.Add a teaspoon of ACV to a glass of warm water. Drink it twice a day. Do regular exercise. Yes, you may take it instead of rice. For anxiety take Mucuna Pruriens capsule, one every day for a month.
