Put the powder into 500mg caps and dose). Red sage increases the rate of creatinine filtration and clearance according to research and improved circulation in the kidneys as well. 4. Dandelion root - its diuretic effect increases urine output and faster removal of urinary wastes. 5. Stinging nettle seed extract - research showed patients given the extract showed a significant decrease in serum creatinine level that persisted well after the extract administration was stopped.
