Definition
Antifungal herbs are those herbs which are used to treat fungal infection. In most cases they are used topically. They may be used internally if infection is severe.
Effect of an Antifungal on Body or Organ :
These herbs directly effect the area where applied.
How does an Antifungal work :
These herbs affect the fungus by breaking its cell wall. When taken orally they merge with Fungal cells to stop their growth and reproduction.
Few herbs may develop good bacterias in the Stomach which fights with the fungal infection.

Cynodon Dactylon for Skin Disease
Grind Cynodon Dactylon grass with Turmeric to make paste. Apply it over infected Skin. Turmeric has Antiseptic property, which helps in fast healing.
Alfalfa Sap for Infection
Use the sap of Alfalfa as an ointment over any kind of Bacterial, Fungal or Yeast Infection. Use it externally.
Cassia Alata ( Dadmurdan ) as Antifungal
Grind some leaves of Cassia Alata ( Dadmurdan ) with Coconut oil and make a paste.
Apply externally on the affected area.
Henna ( Mehandi ) as an Antifungal
Mix two tablespoon of dried Henna herb powder with half cup of Apple Cider Vinegar. Slightly warm it.
This mixture serves as an Antifungal.
