Grind dried root of Chasteberry, Echinacea, Wild yam, Viburnum Opulus in equal quantity. Take Raspberry leaves and Motherwort leaves in half quantity. Prepare a decoction. Strain. Drink one cup two times a day.

Blend them together and prepare an infusion. Add a tablespoon of this infusion in half a cup of water. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Strain and drink as tea once a day.
