Materia Medica for Menopause
Single Herb Rhizomes of the Black Cohosh are used for the treatment of Menopause, Menstrual Disorders.
It can be taken in the form of extract. Drink 20 Mg a day.
Or have Black Cohosh tablets.
Massage half a teaspoon of Wild Yam Cream
into the soft parts of the body.
Take one glass fresh juice of Grapes daily.
OR : Eat one cup of Grapes daily.
Drink 100 ml Beetroot juice daily. It helps to cure menopausal disorders.
Grind dried roots of Spikenard to make powder. Take 3 mg of it daily.
Powder Fenugreek ( Methi ). Add one teaspoon powder in a glass of water. Consume it twice a day.
Note : You may add Honey ( Shehad ) to make it sweet.
Take 4 to 6 gram of powdered roots of Asparagus Racemosus and take orally with lukewarm milk. Consume it once a day.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Fennel seeds in boiling water. Simmer it for 6 to 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and pour Fennel tea into a mug. Add Honey for flavour.
Put a tablespoon dried leaves of Sage in a pan. Pour a cup of hot water over the leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain it off. Add 1 tablespoon of Honey ( Shehad ) to taste. Drink this warm decoction twice daily to reduce the symptoms of Menopause.
Boil fresh leaves of Camellia Sinensis ( Chai ) for 10 minutes. Strain off this decoction. Drink it warm for daily to alleviate the symptoms of Menopause.
Steep 1 gram dried roots of Sarsaparilla ( Anantamool ) in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain it off. Consume this warm decoction to get the best results.
Put a teaspoon of Chaste Berry ( Nirgundi ) dried powder into a bowl. Pour 150 ml of hot water into the bowl. Cover and steep it for 5 minutes. Strain off this decoction. Add a teaspoon of Honey ( Shehad ) to taste. Drink it once daily to reduce the symptoms of Menopause.
Prepare a decoction by boiling 1 teaspoon powder of Magnolia Bark in a glass of water for 10 minutes. Steep it for 5 minutes. Strain it off. Drink it daily to treat Menopause and associated symptoms.
Take some fresh Bitter Leaves to extract out the juice. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Honey ( Shehad ) for taste. Drink this juice every morning to relieve Menopause symptoms.
Make a tea of St John's Wort flowers or leaves. Have a cup of tea 2 times in a day. It is helpful in treating menopausal symptoms.
Have a cup of Ginseng root decoction to get rid of Menopausal symptoms.
Asparagus Root for Menopause
Take half a tablespoon of Asparagus root powder with a glass of warm milk or water. It is beneficial for hormonal imbalance and provides strength to the Uterus walls.
Black Cumin for Menopause
Have 2 teaspoons of Black Cumin seeds with a glass of water every morning.
Have a cup of Passion Flower tea every day. It treats Menopausal symptoms like Hot Flashes and Anxiety.
Eat 1 fresh Peach in the morning and evening. It is good for Hormonal Imbalance.
Have a glass of fresh Pomegranate juice daily. It is good to treat Menopausal symptoms like Depression and Anxiety.
Have fresh Guava fruit every day. Guava is rich in nutrients like Iron and Phosphorous.

Put a half tablespoon of Sage and Raspberry leaves in a pan. Pour 150 to 200 ml of hot boiling water over the leaves. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink this warm tea once a day in 2 to 3 hours. It helps to maintain the balance of female hormones to keep secure from menopause.

Take the Following Essential Oils :
Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) : 1 cup
Clary Sage Essential Oil : 16 drops
Geranium Essential Oil : 16 drops
Lavender Essential Oil : 16 drops
Mix all the above essentials oils. Massage one tablespoon of this oil blend to the arms, chest, legs, back and abdomen area. Repeat the process three times a day.
