Peach General

Peach ( Prunus Persica ) is a round and hard fruit. It belongs to the Rosaceae family. It is known as Aadoo in India.
It is fat free and low calorie fruit which maintains the body weight. It regulates metabolism and reduces the absorption of fat in the body. It keeps you full for long and prevents the habit of Overeating. Eat a few peaches daily to combat Obesity.
The presence of Beta Carotene in Peaches is beneficial for Eye health. Beta Carotene improves the blood circulation and improves the vision. It keeps the retina healthy and prevents the eyes from diseases like Night Blindness and Macular Degeneration.
Vitamins play a vital role in keeping the Skin healthy. Vitamin A retains the moisture in the Skin and improves the Skin texture. After consuming peach sap, found out my stomach has a lots of wind generated, veru uncomfortable. Is this the usual side effect of taking peach sap ?
