Materia Medica for Nausea

Single Herb

Agarwood for Nausea

Inhale the smoke by burning Agarwood sticks.

Long Leaved Barleria for Nausea

Powder the roots. Have a pinch once a day for 7 days.

Champak for Nausea

Boil flowers in water. Take half cup twice a day for 3 days.

Galangal for Nausea

Take Galangal's rhizome. Dip it in Castor oil. Roast it over flame. Powder it. Take 3 g with honey daily.
OR Mix equal quantity of Galangal's rhizome powder with sugar. Eat 1 tsp once a day.

Mix a pinch Chirata root powder in one teaspoon Honey and take.

Asparagus Racemosus for Nausea

Crush seeds of Asparagus Racemosus to make powder. Mix 25 g obtained powder with 100 g Honey. Take 1 tsp three times a day.

Avens for Nausea

Take One cup of water and add 2 tablespoon of dried Avens root. Steep for 10 minutes. Drink One cup regularly for 2-3 days.
Add 1 tsp each of Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey in a glass of water. Drink.

Cumin ( Jeera ) for Nausea

Chew 5 g Cumin seeds with water. It helps to cure Nausea.

Lemon ( Nimbo ) for Nausea

Drink 1 glass of Lemon water whenever feel Nauseous.
Add quarter tsp Baking Soda in a cup of water. Drink it during Nausea.

Peppermint for Nausea

Chew 4 leaves of Peppermint daily.

Golden Bamboo as Antiemetic

Boil 3 g bark of Golden Bamboo in a cup of water. Drink it when symptoms appear.

Basil ( Tulsi ) for Nausea

Simply eat the fresh Basil ( Tulsi ) leaves.
Grind dry Bay Leaf ( Tejpatta ). Take 2 pinches with water. It cures the problem.

Mint ( Pudina ) for Nausea

Apply the crushed Mint ( Pudina ) leaves at nostrils of the patient.

Ginger ( Adrak ) for Nausea

Ginger ( Adrak in India ) is an effective herb to treat Nausea by calming the stomach. It neutralizes the Stomach Acid and supports proper digestion. This helps to reduce the discomfort and treats Nausea.
Take a fresh Ginger. Peel it off. Cut it into small pieces. Chew 2 to 3 pieces throughout the day to treat Nausea.
OR : Peel a Ginger and cut it into small pieces. Add these pieces into 2 to 3 cups of warm water. Boil it for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain well. Add Honey ( Shehad in India ) for taste. Slowly sip this tea to cure Nausea.

Clove ( Laung ) for Nausea

Crush one clove and mix it with one teaspoon of Honey. Slowly slowly lick it.
Mix one tablespoon of fresh Pomegranate fruit juice with Honey in a ratio of 1:1. Consume it.
Take one teaspoon each of Sandalwood and Indian Gooseberry powder. Consume it with one cup of lukewarm water.
Take one tablespoon of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add four drops of Fennel Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Apply this oil blend to the upper abdomen area. Take two cups of hot water and dab a towel in the water and apply to the affected area till it cools to body temperature. Repeat the process after every two hours.

Herbal Treatment For Nausea 1

Boil Spikenard ( Jatamasi ) roots in water. Strain. Take one teaspoon with one teaspoon of Lime juice once a day.

Herbal Treatment For Nausea 2

Take few seeds of Cardamom ( Choti Ilaichi in India ), a small piece of Ginger ( Adrak in India ), Liquorice ( Mulethi in India ), Orange peel ( Narangi in India ), Coriander ( Dhaniya in India ) seeds and a pinch of Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch in India ). Simmer in half cup of water covered for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and then add Black Tea ( Chai in India ). Steep for 2-3 minutes. Strain and drink. You can also add Milk and Honey ( Shehad in India ) to add taste.

Herbal Treatment For Skin Diseases 1

Take equal quantities of Jequirity seeds and Plumbago Zeylanica roots.
Make a paste. Apply and bandage.

Herbal Treatment For Nausea 3

Take One teaspoon of Honey mixed with One teaspoon of Basil ( Tulsi ) juice.
Repeat 2-3 times a day.

Make a paste of Curry Leaves ( Karipatta ). Add few drops of Lemon juice ( Nimbo ka Ras ) and Honey ( shehad ). Mix and eat.

Peppermint Essential Oil has strong Carminative property. This helps to calm the mind and reduce pain . Honey ( Shehad in India ) soothes the digestive tract treating Nausea.
Take a cup of warm water. Add a drop of Peppermint Essential Oil and 1 teaspoon Honey in it. Stir well. Drink this tea. Have it two times day.

Herbal Treatment For Nausea 6

Mix Black Pepper with water in a jar. Add some fresh Lemon juice, mix it well and drink slowly.

Herbal Treatment For Nausea 8

Take a pinch of Areca Nut powder. Add one teaspoon each of Turmeric powder and Sugar in it. Consume it once a day.

Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric ( Haldi ) powder, 1 sliced Ginger ( Adrak ) and 1 Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) stick in 150 ml of water. Boil them for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and steep it for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain it off in a cup. Add 1 teaspoon of Honey ( Shehad ) into it. Drink it daily to get rid off Nausea. It also stops vomiting and keeps your health good.

Take one tablespoon of sea salt and add six drops of Ginger, one drop of Allspice Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Inhale its scent. Repeat the process as needed to get relief.

I am 47 years male. Since 2005 I am experiencing severe/enormous heat in the planter or sole in both the foots. Especially when I wear socks and shoes. Once I reach my workplace which is air conditioned I tend to remove my shoes and socks. Only then I feel comfortable. What is this symptom called? Is this a disease?. Also I have the habit of drinking and smoking. Can you please advise. Thanks
