Sunflower is known as Surajmukhi in Hindi. It is associated to the Asteraceae family.

Sunflower for Nerve Disorder
Take one tablespoon Sunflower seeds and one tablespoon crushed Sunflower leaves. Boil in one cup water. Strain. Drink it once a day.
Place 3 tsp Sunflower oil in your mouth. Swirl it for 15 minutes. Then spit it out.
Caution : Do not swallow or gargle with Sunflower oil.
Chew one teaspoon Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Seeds daily.
Boil 2 tsp Sunflower seeds in 600 ml water. Have 7 ml of the decoction once a day.
Take 5 Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Seeds. Chew them after every meal.
Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Seeds as an Analgesic
Have a teaspoon of powdered Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Seeds with water once a day.
Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Oil as Detoxicant
Swish with Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Oil for 5 minutes on weekly basis. It detoxifies the tissues.
Take a teaspoon of Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Oil. Swish until it becomes thin. It helps to take away bad breath.
Keep a teaspoon of Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Oil in your mouth. Swish for 5 minutes. Throw it. Do it on alternate days.
Apply Sunflower ( Surajmukhi ) Oil over affected tooth. Swish after 15 minutes.

Sunflower : Surajmukhi : Flower : 4 to 5
Turmeric : Haldi : Root : Crushed : 20 gram
Euphorbia Hypericifolia : Dudh Mogra : 20gram
Aloe Vera : Gheekumari : Gel : 30 gram
Jasmine : Chameli : Flower : 4 to 5
Put all ingredients in a grinder. Grind them together. Store in a glass bottle. Use it as face pack twice a week. It removes dead cells and gives you spotless skin.
