What does Amino Acids do for the body

Almost twenty percent of the Human Body is made up of Protein. Proteins are made up of Amino Acids. Amino Acid helps the cells to maintain their structure. It controls the body's water and pH level. It repairs the bones and gives energy to the body. Amino Acid enhances the communication of the Brain with the body nerve cells.
They are categorized into two groups :
Non Essential

Essential Amino Acids cannot be made by the body itself, so it has to be supplied by food. It helps in the production of the cells and gives strength to the body.

Types of Essential Amino Acids :

Leucine : It stimulates the Muscle strength and its growth. It helps to regulate the blood sugar and prevents depression.
Isoleucin helps to produce energy and hemoglobin in the body. It plays the vital role in the growth of Nitrogen within the muscle cells, especially in children.
Lysine is responsible for the growth and production of Carnitine in the body. Carnitine converts the Fatty Acids into a fuel to lower the Cholesterol. It helps the body to absorb Calcium which makes the bones stronger.
Methionine contains Sulfur. Sulfur is an essential mineral which helps in the production of Bone Cartilage. It makes the bones stronger and increases the cellular energy.
Phenylalanine helps to make the muscle cells, brain chemicals and balances the Thyroid hormones.
Threonine boosts the immune and nervous system of the body. It repairs the bones and joints. It helps to prevent the Fatty Acid build up and Liver failure.
Tryophan is responsible for healthy nervous system and Bain health. It inhibits Stress and induces Sleep.
Valine helps in building muscles and repairs the bones.
Histidine acts as a neurotransmitter and maintains healthy functioning of the Brain. It helps to detoxifies the body and maintains the overall health.
