The height of a person increase upto a certain age only. And that too depends on the gender. For girls- Till puberty. It is almost impossible for a girl to increase her height once her periods start. Boys- 24 maximum. Natural ways of increasing height are-
Swimming, Hanging on the rod and take diet rich in Calcium.

The herb is not quite effective for knee pain--- You may try Boswellia capsules, a highly effective cure for knee pain. One capsule everyday. My mom has been using it for the last 2 months and she feels no pain in her knees now. And Are you suffering from Arthritis ? Or any other joint disorder, you may share.

Yes it is helpful. But is not very effective. You may try Night Jasmine. Chew 3 to 4 leaves early morning. Why we recommend to prepare a decoction is because the leaves are realy bitter. If you do not like the taste, Prepare a decoction of the herb by boiling 3-4 leaves in water. Drink it daily on an empty stomach for an effective result. Or, You may consume the powder of stem bark with water twice a day for your arm or any joint pains.

Namaste.
This herb is mainly analgesic and antinfiammatory for external use.
For internal carminative, diuretic and mildly alterative.
But it is also strenghtening, nutrient, afrodisiac/rejuvenative/emmenagogue, improving lactation.
But for you what are the three basically actions of this herb?
Carminative, diuretic and alterative? (Or anti-infiammatory? Or emmenagogue?)
I need to know for personal studies and combination of medicinal plants.
Thank you.
