These herbs may effect Heart, Blood vessels and or Blood.

How does an Antihypertensive work :
These herbs may reduce the Blood volume. It may be achieved by increasing the urine output. Few herbs may widen or dilate the Blood Vessels. This may result in easy Blood flow. Some herbs may lower the rate of contraction of the Heart. This may reduce the amount of pumped Blood.

Extract the juice of Sida Cordifolia plant by crushing it. Take 4 ml of it thrice a day.

You offer the advice of, "Use flax seed oil in your cooking." This may be misinterpreted by some that don't realize that flax seed oil can not be heated and should not be in contact with very hot food. BTW, you have an excellent website.
