Vitex Trifolia General
The fruit of Vitex Trifolia is used medicinally. The fruit extract of herb lowers the Blood Pressure. The fruit possesses Nervine, Cephalic and Emmenagogue. A decoction of dried fruits is used to treat Common Cold, Headache, Watery Eyes and Mastitis.
The inner bark is chewed and swallowed as a remedy for Dysentery.
The roots of the plant are Diaphoretic and Diuretic in nature. A decoction is used to treat Fevers and Liver Diseases.
The leaves possess medicinal properties. The fresh juice of leaves is used to treat Headaches. Bath of leaves is used to treat Beriberi. A poultice made from leaves is used for treating Sprains, Contusions, Rheumatism and Swollen testicles.
Single HerbBandage leaves of Vitex Trifolia over Burns. It helps in fast relieving.
Vitex Trifolia for Post Childbirth Problems
Make a decoction of Vitex Trifolia root. Consume 20 ml of it twice a day.
Drink 10 ml root decoction of Vitex Trifolia plant once a day.
Heat few leaves of Vitex Trifolia in a pan. Tie them over painful area.
Vitex Trifolia for Scanty Urine
Make an infusion of Vitex Trifolia leaves. Take a cup of it once a day.
Vitex Trifolia as an Antiseptic
Store dried leave powder of Vitex Trifolia. Sprinkle it over Wounds. It helps to heal them fast.
Vitex Trifolia as Nervine
Powder the fruit of Vitex Trifolia. Add some Honey in it to make thick paste. Take 3 ml of it daily.

Make a decoction of Vitex Trifolia fruit. Have 20 ml of it twice a day.
