Muscle Spasm is a disease of the Muscle.
Painful muscular contraction is Muscle Spasm.
It occurs suddenly and is unintentional contraction of muscle. But it usually resolve quickly.
Muscle helps in the movement of the body parts.

Single Herb
Drumstick For Muscle Spasm
Drink the decoction of Drumstick root.
Drink 1 cup of Chamomile tea once a day.
Hemlock as an Analgesic
Make a poultice or ointment by grinding Hemlock leaves. Apply on the affected area.
Externally apply the grated Galangal ( Kulanjan ) as a poultice.
OR : Use as a hot fomentation.
Cypress Essential Oil is an effective way to curb the spasm. For this purpose, Mix 2 teaspoons of Cypress Essential Oil in a tub of lukewarm water. Add a cup of Epsom Salt to enhance the effectiveness. Soak the affected part in tub for 15 minutes. It is a good and easy way to treat Muscle Spasm.
Arnica as Muscle Relaxant
Arnica is helpful in relaxing tight muscles and regulates the blood flow. It can be used for Pain in Neck, Legs, Head and Muscles. It relaxes the muscles and treat the Cramps.
Add a handful of dried Arnica leaves in 1 liter warm water. Soak a cotton cloth in it. Dab the cloth on the affected area. Repeat this 2 to 3 times a day to relax the Muscles.
