Materia Medica for Muscular Pain
Single Herb Crush leaves of Clerodendrum to obtain juice. Take 7 ml of it daily.
Massage with Aloe Vera ( Gheekumari ) gel for half an hour.
Grind whole plant of Winged Treebine with Turmeric rhizome. Apply this mixture over painful areas and tie with a piece of cloth.
Night Jasmine Essential Oil as an Analgesic
Night Jasmine Essential Oil comprises of good Analgesic effects. That's why Night Jasmine Essential Oil is an effective cure to treat Headaches, Joint Pains, Sciatica, Muscular Pains and Lower Back Pain. Take 2 tablespoons of Mustard Oil. Warm. Add 10 drops of Night Jasmine Essential Oil. Use it for massage the affected area.
Cinnamon Essential Oil tones up the muscles. It diminishes the inflammation and stiffness of the muscles. It helps to alleviate the pain effectively.
For this, Mix 5 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil in 10 grams of Mustard Oil. Warm the mixture. Rub it over the affected area for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover the massaged area.
Note : Night application is good enough.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil ( Safede Ka Tel in India ) has strong Analgesic and Antiinflammatory properties. These properties help to reduce the pain and inflammation in the Muscles.
Add 6 to 10 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil in Luke warm water. Soak the affected area in the water for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse off.
OR: Add 10 to 12 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil in 30 ml of Carrier Oil. Mix well. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of this Oil blend. Apply it on the affected area. Gently massage for 10 to 15 minutes.
Jasmine Essential Oil has Antiinflammatory and mild Analgesic property. These properties help to reduce the inflammation and pain of the Muscles. It stimulates the blood circulation and relaxes the nerves.
Add 7 to 8 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil in lukewarm bath water. Soak the affected area in the water for 10 to 12 minutes.
OR : Add 6 to 7 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil in any Carrier Oil ( Sesame Oil ). Mix well. Apply this Oil blend on the affected area. Gently massage for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat this twice a day to get relief.
Arnica as Muscle Relaxant
Arnica is helpful in relaxing tight muscles and regulates the blood flow. It can be used for Pain in Neck, Legs, Head and Muscles. It relaxes the muscles and treat the Cramps.
Add a handful of dried Arnica leaves in 1 liter warm water. Soak a cotton cloth in it. Dab the cloth on the affected area. Repeat this 2 to 3 times a day to relax the Muscles.
Angelica Essential Oil is highly potent in reducing stress and pain of the muscles. Daily massage your aching muscles with this oil.
Daily consumption of Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) tea helps in reducing the swelling and inflammation of the muscle.
Mint has a relaxant property and eases the Muscles Pain.
Add 10 to 15 drops of Mint Essential Oil in your warm Bathing water and sit there for 10 to 15 min. It provides a soothing effect to the Nerves and Muscles too.
Fry one tablespoon of Black Peppercorns in Sesame Oil. Let it cool. Gently massage with this oil over your affected areas.
It will provide relief from Muscular Pains.
Thyme Essential Oil soothes sore muscles.
Take 10 drops of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add 10 drops of Thyme Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Massage this oil blend to the affected area. Repeat the process as needed to get relief.

Take any carrier oil like, Sesame oil, Olive Oil or Almond Oil.
Add 2 drops of each the following to the carrier oil.
Marjoram
Peppermint
Massage the affected area with these oil first for 10 mint. It is followed by the following oil massage.

Add 2 drops of each to the carrier oil.

Ginger
Vetiver
Cypress
Lavender
Rosemary
Balsam Fir
Abies Alba
Wintergreen
Lemongrass
White Fir Essential Oil
If any of these oil is not available to you, then don't worry, mix rest of the oils and do massage the affected area. Do it for 10 min daily.

Chew 3 to 4 fresh flowers of Night Jasmine every morning. It helps to reduce the Joint Pain, Muscle and Pain in the Lower Back.

Take some Sesame oil. Add 2 drops each of Lavender essential Oil and Chrysanthemum Indicum oil. Apply the oil on the affected areas and give a cold compress. It reduces pain and inflammation in the injured muscles.

Take 2 to 3 drops each of Lemongrass, Ginger, and Lavender oil. Add 1 tablespoon of Almond oil to it or any other carrier oil. Mix all the oils well. Now give a cold press or do massage on the affected part with this mixture. It gives a soothing effect and reduces Muscle pain.

Take one tablespoon of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add six drops of Pine, four drops of Lavender Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Add this oil blend to a warm bathtub and soak in it for 15 minutes. Repeat the process as needed to get relief.
It will soothe sore and tired muscles while promoting relaxation.
