Let me share my experience with you. I am also a patient of Slip Disc, suffered from immense pain. But, now it is not the same. CURE: Night Jasmine herb is the cure.Take Night Jasmine leaves, stem and flowers all three amounting to 500 gm. Pour 2 litres of water in the pan. Bring it to boil . Simmer for half an hour. cool it, then store. drink a cup twice a day. drink this for a month . The stored decoction must be consumed within 3 days of its preparation. Have it for a month.
Take Boswellia capsules, one daily for a month. Massage your back with lukewarm Castor oil.
Mix Yarrow essential oil with any base oil like Castor oil and heat it. Apply it twice a day on your back. this will relieve the inflammation of the back.
You may apply cayenne powder paste on the affected area. this will reduce the pain. Yoga is a must if you want effective results.
