Muscle Wasting is a disease of the Muscles.
Lack of physical activity of the Muscle causes loss of Muscular tissues. The Condition is known as Muscle Wasting. In this the Muscle Mass decreases and causes Muscle waste.
Muscles are made up of bands of fibrous tissues. These provide movement to the Bones. Muscles are present throughout the body. Their contraction and relaxation results the Bone movement. However, if something goes wrong with the Muscle it gives rise to Muscle Wasting.

If not treated properly, Muscle Wasting may cause
Permanent damage to the Muscles
Differential Diagnosis : We often get confused between Muscle Atrophy and Muscle Dystropy.
If the muscles get weak as a result of some illness, then it is considered as Muscular Dystrophy.
However, in Muscle Atrophy the muscles get weak due to lack of physical activity.
Materia Medica for Muscle Wasting
Single Herb Apply a thin layer of Arnica cream over the affected area. Repeat the process 2 times a day.
Apply a thin layer of Comfrey cream over the affected area. Repeat the process 2 times a day.
Gently massage with Wild Thyme oil over the affected area for 15-20 minutes. Repeat the process 2 times a day.
