Materia Medica for Muscle Fatigue
Single Herb Put 2 to 5 drops of Polygonatum tincture in a half glass of lukewarm water. Drink this mixture daily to induce muscle strength.
Put 4 to 6 grams Spirulina powder in a glass of water. Mix it well. Drink this mixture once a day to provide strength to your muscles.
Slightly warm up few amount of Benzoin Essential Oil. Gently massage with this oil over the aching area to get relief.
