Sore Muscles is a disease of the Muscles.
Pain or stiffness in the muscles that lasts for several hours or for 2 to 3 days is sore Muscles.
It is caused after heavy exercise or hard physical workout.
As work out is very important to keep our body fit. But when we over use our muscles or we do sudden physical workout, one should stretch his muscles properly. If they don ' t, then lactic acid get deposit in the Muscles. As a result, it causes sore Muscles and is accompanied with pain.
Sore Muscles is not a fatal problem and it is a temporary state. If a person continues doing the exercise with the same intensity, then he or she will get use to it and the problem will subside.

Materia Medica for Sore Muscles
Single Herb Ravensara Essential Oil soothes the muscles. It alleviate the pain and soreness.
Add 8 to 10 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil in lukewarm water. Have bath using that water.
Peru Balsam Essential Oil diminishes the inflammation and gives relief to soreness.
Put 5 drops of Peru Balsam Essential Oil in one teaspoon of Base oil ( like; Sesame Oil ). Warm slightly. Massage the affected part with this lukewarm combination for 10 minutes.
Note : Repeat the process daily till the problem persists.
Add 2 to 3 cups of Epsom Salt in warm bathing water. Sit there for 15 to 20 minutes. It will give relief from stiffness.
Magnesium helps in reducing the Muscle stiffness and tenderness. Take Magnesium supplements or eat foods rich in Magnesium like Pumpkin Seeds, Spinach, Turmeric and Chocolate weed.
Take 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and add it to a glass of water. Have it half an hour before every meal. You may also add half teaspoon of Honey and a few leaves of fesh mint.
Or
Rub Apple Cider Vinegar on the affected region. It helps to reduce stiffness in the muscles.
Consume 2 tablespoon of Coconut oil or Massage with extra virgin Coconut oil. It reduces the tenderness and pain in the Muscles.
Massage with Chamomile oil for 10 to 15 min. Repeat the process 2 times in a day.
Daily drink a 1/2 cup of Black Cherry juice to curb the soreness of muscles.
Take half teaspoon of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add four drops of Rosemary Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Massage with this blend to the neck and shoulder area. Repeat the process three times a day.
