The tree bark is used to treat Leprosy, Dysentery, Bronchitis, Asthma, Leukoderma, and Muscle spasm. The smoke of leaves are used to treat Eye Problems. I don't have ant idea about Flowers.

I have heard its fruit is used to remove unwanted hair especially from the face. Is it true?

Saima. The best herb that I have heard of for unwanted facial hair in women is Black Cohosh. This herb is known to have Phytoestrogen. This nutrient inhibits the unwanted facial Hair growth. I hope you know the hormonal imbalance is the major cause behind facial hair. The Anti androgenic property of Black Cohosh helps to balance the hormonal level in the body and treats the unwanted hair.
Method, I just saw on Herbpathy: Take 4 cups of water. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of dried Black Cohosh root in it. Boil it for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it steep for half an hour. Add 1 teaspoon honey for taste. Allow it to cool. Have a cup of it three times a day. Take it for 10 to 15 days.

Prosopis cineraria fruit and banyan tree roots dried and powdered.... together....is any use for correcting menstrual cycle
