Avoid use during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding.
Don't use undiluted.
It may cause Skin Irritation, Dizziness and Vomiting.
Be careful, it may damage the Mucous Membrane.
People suffering from Hemophilia, Prostate Cancer, Kidney and Liver Diseases should avoid using this oil.
Avoid the use of this oil if taking Anticoagulants. It may cancel, reduce or worsen its effects.

Add 4 to 5 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil in any carrier oil (like; Mustard Oil, Olive Oil). Slightly warm. Massage the affected area with the lukewarm mixture for 5 minutes.

Cinnamon Essential Oil for Muscular Pain

Cinnamon Essential Oil tones up the muscles. It diminishes the inflammation and stiffness of the muscles. It helps to alleviate the pain effectively.
For this, Mix 5 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil in 10 grams of Mustard Oil. Warm the mixture. Rub it over the affected area for 5 to 10 minutes. Cover the massaged area.
Note : Night application is good enough.

Cinnamon Essential Oil for Joint Pain

Cinnamon Essential Oil suppresses the joint pain and gives a relaxing effect.
Mix 10 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil in 50 ml of any pain reliever base oil ( like; Sesame Oil ). Store this mixture in a bottle. Use this mixture for massage the affected joints daily.

Cinnamon Essential Oil for Arthritis

Cinnamon Essential Oil bears Anti arthritic property. This property is useful to treat inflammation and pain of joints.
Take 40 ml of base oil ( like; Mustard Oil, Sesame Oil ). Add 15 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil. Store the mixture in a bottle. Warm the required mixture before use. Massage the affected area with this lukewarm mixture twice a day.

Cinnamon Essential Oil for Rheumatism

Put 5 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil in a tablespoon of Mustard Oil. Warm it a bit before applying. Massage the affected area for 10 minutes daily.
