Definition

Antiemetic herbs are those herbs which are effective against vomiting and nausea. It is also known as Antinauseant.

Effect of an Antiemetic on Body or Organ :
These herbs effect the Stomach and nerve activities of the Brain.

These herbs stop the vomit causing signal or message to the Brain. Few herbs may relax the Stomach muscles. It help in emptying the Stomach. It is achieved by expelling the content of the Stomach outside the body.

Burn the bark of Bodhi Tree. Mix quarter tsp of it in a cup of warm water. Stir and filter. Drink it once a day.

Golden Bamboo as Antiemetic

Boil 3 g bark of Golden Bamboo in a cup of water. Drink it when symptoms appear.
