Diarrhea : Root Decoction, Root Juice.
Fever : Root Decoction, Stem Decoction, Root Juice.
Nausea : Root Decoction, Stem Decoction, Root Juice.
Food Poisoning : Flower Decoction, Root Decoction, Stem Decoction, Root Juice.
Sores : Ash of the leaves.
Vomiting : Root Decoction, Stem Decoction, Root Juice.
Single Herb
Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) Leaves for External Bleeding
Take dry Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) Leaves. Burn and collect ash. Sprinkle on the affected part after wash with an antiseptic twice a day.
Take it as cooked.
Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) for Cholera
Prepare a decoction of Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) flowers and leaves. Drink 2 teaspoons thrice a day.
Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) Root for Diarrhea
Boil 20 gram Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) Root in 2 glass of water till it remains half. Take one teaspoon thrice a day.
OR : Have 1/4 cup juice of Phragmites ( Sarakanada ) Root once a day.
