Take some fresh leaves of Matico. Boil them in 100 ml of water for 10 minutes. Strain it off. Drink this infusion twice a day to get best results.

Matico for Diarrhea

Regularly drink a glass of Matico leaves infusion boiled in 150 ml of water.

Matico for Inflammation

Prepare an infusion of Matico leaves in 100 ml of water. Drink this infusion daily to reduce the inflammation within the Body.

Matico for Menstrual Disorders

Boil the fresh leaves of Matico in 200 ml of water. Boil them for 10 minutes. Let it steep for more 5 minutes. Strain off this infusion. Drink it daily during Menstrual cycle to get effective results.
