Syphilis is caused by Treponema pallidum Bacteria.

The Ulcer or Chancre may heal. Thereafter, the person may not be aware of the the disease present in him. The first sign of Syphilis is sore that develops into Ulcer. The Ulcer may be cured by Penicillin. But the bacteria never dies. The disease has been driven inwards and will attack more important organs.
All symptoms are worse at night, in all stages.
Syphilis develops in stages

They have an ichorous pus. They do not heal. They occur in the Vagina or on the Penis. The Immune System fights the infection and tries to protect the important organs of the body by localizing the infection in the Lymph Nodes. The Lymph Nodes get inflamed and try to tell the patient and the doctor that the infection is spreading. Be warned.
