The abnormal allergic reaction to Dust that causes Sneezing and Runny Nose is Dust Allergy.

The Dust particles may contain harmful substances that may cause infections in your body. They may contain Bacteria, Fungi, Pollens, Animal Dander and Dust Mites. When you inhale the dust particles or other allergens, the Immune System immediately responds. It releases antibodies that secrete chemicals to fight against the pathogens. However, when these chemicals go to the Bloodstream, they cause Allergic reactions. It may lead to Hay Fever, Nasal Congestion and Sneezing.
