Description
Food Allergy is a disease of the Whole Body.
The allergic reaction to food products that contain proteins is Food Allergy.
The Immune System is a defense system of the Body. When it finds some pathogens, it reacts and produces antibodies known as Immunoglobulin E. These antibodies release chemicals called histamine to fight the threat and protect the Body from infections. However, sometimes when we eat food, our Immune System considers a protein as a threat by mistake. It responds and releases the chemicals in the Bloodstream to fight the infections.
