Peanut ( Arachis Hypogaea ) is a nut of a legume. It belongs to the Fabaceae family. It is known as Moongfali in India.
Peanut is a rich source of energy. It provides strength and energy to the body. The regular consumption of Peanut counters fatigue and exhaustion.
