Dear Ajeet
For Psoriasis, Tea Tree oil has beneficial effects. It has antiseptic properties. It has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties.
But, be careful while using it, as it is quite a strong oil and may cause an allergic reaction. Please apply a small amount of Tea tree oil with a cotton ball on the affected region.
Or you may try Aloe Vera gel also. Apply it on the affected area regularly for a month.
You can also apply Banana Peel. Remove the Banana Skin and rub the inner side to the affected areas. Do it for 10 days and see if it affects you.

Girish, the best herb for Urticaria is Stinging Nettle. Urtica Dioica is the homeopathic name of this remedy. Buy it from a homeopathic store. Take 5 drops added to a glass of water every day for 15 days.
Also, you may take Ganoderma. One capsule every day for a month. It is advised that you always talk to your doctor before you try any remedy, and especially if you already are taking other medicines.

Satnam - Unfortunately, there is no 'cure' for Type 1 diabetes in any system of medicine. Please use western (allopathic) medicine to control your daughter's situation. Also ensure that she eats a healthy diet.

Garlic juice is the best herb for curing Fungal Infection. Apply Garlic juice, every day 3 to 4 times in a day. DO this regularly, it will be cured within a week. Eat Echinacea capsules, one daily for one month. Where is the infection, which body part has been affected ?
Please state that too in your next query.

Since you are on immunosuppressants, we will not be able to suggest you a cure. You need to talk to your health care provider before you try any herb. The herbs and the immunosuppressant drugs might interact with each other, giving rise to complications.

Siva.
Do not panic. Cold and Cough means your baby's immune system is fighting the disease. No, Children below 2 years of age should not take Indian Sarsaparilla. For Cough and Cold of your infant, you may try :
Vapor Rub : Massage the vapor rub on your child's chest, neck, and back. Do not expose the child to air. Avoid applying on or near nose, mouth and eyes. Saline nasal drops : Add a drop of saline drop into your baby's each nostril. This will help you to cure blocked nose. Do not give honey to your baby until he or she is not above 1 years of age. ANd yes, if your baby has any other symptoms, then please share or go to a pediatric.
