10 to 12 curry leaves are too much. You should not take more than 5 curry leaves in a day. The excess dose may raise heat in the stomach and cause Diarrhea. So, it's good to limit the dosage to 4-5 leaves.

Dear Neha agrawal

Curry leaves do not show any significant role in managing Thyroid dysfunction. But, consuming 2 drops of Ashwagandha tincture in lukewarm water (during summers) or in water ( during winters) may help people suffering from Thyroid dysfunction. Along with that, a strict diet control is a must. A simple dietary change can help these drugs to perform better.

1) Eat Gluten and A1 Casein Free food
2) Avoid eating and drinking in plastics
3) Eat food that contains Selenium
4) Lower Carbohydrate Intake
5) Eat food rich in Tyrosine such as cheese, soybeans, beef, lamb, pork, fish, chicken, nuts, seeds, eggs, dairy, beans, and whole grains. ( For Hypothyroidism patients)

Since when are you using this combination. If, it;s already been a month, then you should now try with Castor oil and almond oil/coconut oil. Take 3 table spoon of base oil , like almond or coconut oil. Add one table of castor oil to it. Massage you scalp and hair with this oil, thrice a week. This shall help. Also, is your Cancer cured ? Take aamla powder and mix it with Coconut oil. Warm it in a iron based utensil. Apply this mixture 3 to 4 times in a week. Do gentle massage, leave it for 1 hour then rinse it off. You may also add some castor oil to it.
Also take Land Caltrops tablets 1 every day for 15 days. Do some exercise that increases blood circulation to your scalp.

I would like to suggest you that, do not take herbs for a long period. As herbs too have side effects and we can only take adaptogens for long term. You can take a few leaves of Curry and Basil every morning and Drumsticks is a vegetable and is used in south Indian food very often. So you may take these for a month. But if you have some health issues, then you may ask.

Lini Yes, if you give Curry leaves to your husband for long duration, then it might affect his sexual health. And will you specify that does he suffer from high blood pressure problem or low. For high cholesterol, take Burdock capsules. One every day. Do not give him this capsule if he suffers from heart diseases or diabetes.

So, it is better to avoid taking it raw without any disease. f taken in excess, it may cause Digestive disorders.

LDl is bad cholesterol and HDL is good cholesterol. Curry leaves is a good herb that reduces bad cholesterol and increases good. Drink this water on an empty stomach every day when it is luke warm. The best herb for reducing high cholesterol level is Spirulana capsule. Take one capsule everyday for a month. Include Broccoli in your diet. Visit the page High Cholesterol in the disease section of this website There you will find the diet and food good for you.

How many curry_leaves should I boil with water and drink every morning in empty stomach?
Do I have to drink it once in morning only, or throughout the day when I feel thirsty?
How long should I have to drink like this?
Should I drink in warm (luke warm) condition or I need to make it cold, then to drink?
Is this curry_leaves with boiled water best medicine for lowering LDL and increasing HDL?
In order to maintain LDL and HDL thereby Total Cholesterol will be within normal range, What food habit, what drink habit, what life style should I do and how long?

Vikas Gupta.
Curry Leaf has blood thinning property. It acts as an anticoagulant herb. The chemical compound called Salicylates, is what makes Curry Leaf a natural blood thinner. It inhibits blood clotting. Since you are already taking anticoagulants, and in addition to this, if you take Curry leaf, then it may cause internal bleeding, which may be fatal. You can take either the herbs or the allopathic anticoagulants ( that you are taking already ). But, combining the two is not recommended at all.
So, YOU MUST NOT TAKE IT.

Vidya.
No, you must not. Excess of everything is bad. Why do you eat it in excess, doing this will only give rise to complications /side effects. The excess dose may raise heat in the stomach and cause Digestive Disorders. And, it may even cause disease like Low lLibido. So, it's good to limit the dosage to 4-5 leaves. For anemia, take Pomegranate juice every day . Soak about 15 raisins in water. Leave it overnight.
In the morning ,eat the raisins and drink that water in which you soaked the raisins. Include Beetroot in your salad. Have it daily.

This oil will rejuvenate and activate the dormant hair follicles. Another very effective cure for hair fall problem is castor oil. Apply the oil mixed with coconut oil thrice in a week. The ratio of Castor oil and Coconut oil should be 3.: 6.
This has shown great results in controlling hair fall.

The Presence of albumin in the urine indicates Kidney Damage. It is an indication of faulty functioning of the Kidneys.
Please take-- Land Caltrops herb, its tincture is known as Tribulus Terrestris. Take 5 drops every day in a glass of water , for a month. Take Varuna capsules daily for a month. Have Punarnava extract and take 10 drops every day. Lower protein intake and also potassium intake, please. Once your Kidneys are taken care of, the problem of hair fall and hair thinning will be automatically taken care of. Do you suffer from High Blood Pressure or Low Blood Pressure ? If you are suffering from High Bp, the take giloy only. This is the best herb for High BP.
