Consume Nut Grass tuber either in powder or decoction form. It helps to control Cholesterol.

Banyan for High Cholesterol

Take 4 g bark powder of Banyan Tree with lukewarm water once a day.

Crush dried leaves of Eclipta Alba to make powder. Take 1 g of it thrice a day.
