Antilithic herbs are those herbs which act against formation of calculi such as Kidney Stones. These herbs are used to treat Stone in the Urinary Tract.

Materia Medica for

Single Herbs

Achyranthes Aspera for Kidney

Crush leaves of Achyranthes Aspera to extract its juice. Take half tsp of it twice a day.

Cucumber ( Kheera ) for Kidney Stones

Grate a cucumber and squeeze it to extract its juice. Drink a cup of it twice a day.

Black Cumin for Stone

Drink half tsp Black Cumin oil added in a cup of lukewarm water. You may add 1 tsp Honey in it. Consume twice a day.
Attention : Avoid eating Tomatoes, Spinach and Curry Leaves.

Land Caltrops for Stones

Make a paste of Land Caltrops seed powder with Honey. Take 1 tsp of it with warm Milk. Have it thrice a day.

Poppy Seeds for Kidney Stones

Take 4 g Poppy Seeds with warm water. Its regular use stops the formation of Kidney Stones.

Tomato ( Tamatar ) for Kidney Stones

Use Tomato without seed in your daily diet. Use it while cooking or consume it in juice form.

Beetroot ( Chakundar ) for Kidney Stones

Cut Beetroot in small pieces. Boil them in water until they get soft. Mesh them in same water. Filter. Drink a cup of it thrice a day.

Java Tea for Stones

Make plant decoction of Java Tea. Drink 30 ml thrice a day.

Chayote for Kidney Stone

Make a decoction using fruit and leaves of Chayote. Consume 25 ml of this decoction thrice a day.

Jasmine as an Antilithic

Jasmine flowers decoction help in preventing the formation of Kidney Stones and provides relief from the symptoms of Kidney Stones.
Prepare a decoction of Jasmine flowers in one cup of water. Strain and drink it.
