Yes,Buchu is an effective herb to cure Diabetes. However, Gudmar and Berberis Vulgaris.
You may try anyone out of two. Keep a check on your sugar levels. Read about the disease Diabetes in the disease section of this website.

to prevent from getting the flu how much spoonful of Buchu leaf should I take 1or 2 spoonful please me know..

To prevent Flu, take Immunity boosting herb like Echinacea and Golden Seal. Also take Honeysuckle tea, one cup daily for a week during the Flu season. Ginger tea and Garlic also helps.
